Natalie has more than 20 years of experience working with clients, volunteers, and a variety of departments at Community Support Connections. Her expertise and leadership overseeing our services ensures continuous quality improvement, equity for all clients, and the development and management of progressive policies and systems.

For 20 years, Will has turned vision into reality for charities across the not-for-profit sector. By championing strong community relations, board governance, and strategic planning initiatives, he has enabled organizations to meet their financial sustainability, social impact, and transformation goals. Prior to entering the charitable sector, Will spent eight years running public relations and special event programs in the private sector.

Jerry has spent his professional life working with charities generating revenue and marketing their brand to build awareness. He has raised funds adding to program development, capital campaigns and enhancing other infrastructure projects. Jerry has previous experience in healthcare, education, social services and environmental initiatives.

He acquired his CFRE accreditation and attributes his success to the relationships he’s built with community-minded volunteers and high-performing colleagues.
