Gerrie has lead teams in professional finance administration for more than 20 years including a decade in the charitable sector. Gerrie’s experience in strategic planning and process improvements help increase efficiencies to redirect precious resources to valuable client-facing initiatives.

Natalie has more than 20 years of experience working with clients, volunteers, and a variety of departments at Community Support Connections. Her expertise and leadership overseeing our services ensures continuous quality improvement, equity for all clients, and the development and management of progressive policies and systems.

Rosalind engages the community through the development and implementation of comprehensive, evolving, and sustainable communications and engagement plans to ensure potential clients, caregivers, and volunteers know where to find us when they need us. Rosalind and her team work with donors, complete grants for innovative initiatives for all of our services, and collaborate with partners in the community to realize events like Tacofest.

For 20 years, Will has turned vision into reality for charities across the not-for-profit sector. By championing strong community relations, board governance, and strategic planning initiatives, he has enabled organizations to meet their financial sustainability, social impact, and transformation goals. Prior to entering the charitable sector, Will spent eight years running public relations and special event programs in the private sector.
